November sees the release of Clinique’s Holiday 2010 Colour Collection, a selection of products that fit the aptly named ‘Strawberry Fudge’ perfectly as they consist of perky pink and beautiful brown hues.
The collection consists of:
Limited Edition ‘Strawberry Fudge’ Holiday Compact, £25 which looks lovely and contains a Soft Pressed Powder Blusher in New Clover, and Colour Surge Eye Shadow Trio that has shimmering shades in soft pink, chocolate brown and dark slate. Love the packaging on this.
Vitamin C Lip Smoothie Antioxidant Lip Colour in ‘Strawberry Bliss’, £13.50 which is also new to the Clinique range and seems like it may be sticking around. This sounds delicious as the ingredients include pomegranate and açai berry which are packed full of vitamins and antioxidants that are bound to be good to your lips.
Defining Liner for Lips in ‘Plush Pink’, £12.50 to help extend your lipstick wear and prevent feathering, plus it has a built in sharpener – winner!
High Lengths Mascara, Black, £14.50. The claim is that the curved ‘willow’ wand applicator will follow the natural curvature of the eyes allowing the fine-toothed comb to grab each lash at its root and make eyes look wider and energised.
I haven’t had a chance to look at or test these, but the collection does look lovely from the pictures and I shall do my best to get hold of them and swatch them for you.
Anything Clinique does that can be described as 'Strawberry Fudge' is always a hit! Pink and brown hues are great for us brown eyed girls and especially a hit in the fall. I really enjoy reading your makeup tips and your blog is obviously a hit because you know what you're talking about. Keep up the good work. I'd love to hear more about what you think about Clinique products. I've worked for them for over a year now and they really are hard to beat when it comes to beautiful cosmetics.
