Émerveillé is a beautiful peachy toned shadow that has an almost metallic quality about it, yet sparkles delicately in the light. It’s not as pigmented as the darker shades in the range, but that’s to be expected really.
Application needed a touch more effort, which I guess is down to the pigmentation too, but it’s not a deal breaker as it does still last quite well; again it’s not quite as long lasting as the darker hues but it did me ok for an evening out with no issues.
What I have found with the lighter toned Illusion D’Ombres is that they could also be great when used to highlight the skin too (see below)... more so with the Fantasme as I think you’d have to check how Émerveillé looked with your own skin tone.
